It is with heavy hearts that the family announce the passing of Jeffrey Thomas Wass, age 60, on his birthday Monday April 22, 2019, of Chatham, beloved spouse of Yvette Lawrence.  Born in Chatham son of the late Doris (Cook) and Frederick Wass.

Loving father of Daren (Crystal) Wass, Shy (Karen) Wass, Jasmine (Robert) Lunn and James Lunn. Cherished grandfather of Brendan, Kaitlyn, Shane and Ayden and great grandfather of Avery and McKenna. Dear brother of Margaret (Richard) Holland, Barb Wass (Charles Freeman), Wendy (Bryce) Reynolds, Bob (Pat) Wass, John (Kim) Wass and James (Sandy) Wass. Fondly remembered by his special niece Kendall. Heartbroken are several nieces and nephews.  Jeff is missed by several close friends and sadly missed by his 3 fur buddies Stone, Vincent and Henry.

Predeceased by a brother Michael Wass (2008).

Jeff loved life and even though he was struggling with liver disease never gave up. He was fighting to the end. Many thanks to all his medical team at University Hospital in London and a very special thank you to Dr. Paul Marotta and Dr. Don Hastings.
