Obituary of Leslie Ann Carlsen

Suddenly at Windsor Regional Hospital-Ouellette Campus on Monday, March 30, 2020, Leslie Ann Carlsen, age 31. Born in Chatham in 1989, daughter of Jackie Carlsen and Leroy Parker.
She is survived by her sister Jessica Carlsen and brother Lee Carlsen. She will also be missed by her aunts and uncles; Brian (Susan) Carlsen, Lori (John) Smith, Lynda Sands, nieces, nephews, many cousins and dear friend Henry Ameloot.
A Private Visitation for the family was held.
Cremation followed with the burial of ashes in Buxton Cemetery at a later date.
Donations to the Ontario Lung Association or Diabetes Canada would be appreciated.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Leslie
