Passed peacefully at Cooper Terrace, on Friday April 3rd 2020, at the age of 86. Loving wife of the late Lenard Mack Nead.
Mary Theresa was the cherished Mother of Mike (Joy), Pat (Doris), Tom (Linda), Margaret, Jane, Walt, Gail (Mike Nicolai), HaLee Tranh (Dave Robison) and their respective families. Daughter of the late Walter and Alicia (Barron) Austin. Dear brother of Robert Austin of Blenheim and the late brothers Francis Austin, John Mac Austin, and late sisters Ada Lachapelle, and Dolores Kelly.
She will be missed and remembered by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff of Cooper Terrace for their loving care and support.
Mary Theresa loved family get togethers, spending time outside watching the grandchildren and sharing memories.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Donation to Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family.
